Good ramen
The noodles were semi thick with a bite just the perfect noodles for ramen 10/10
Soup was smooth and rich but not too rich that it's overwhelming. Its also just right
Toppings: The marinated egg was perfectly cooked with silky yolk still intact. The taste was OK but for my personal preference i would have loved it if it was seasoned more
Menma was okay and it compliments the richness of the soup
Then the nori was also a good touch
Charsui pork was good as well but I wished it had more
The down side is, it has very limited seating and if its lunch break specially in week days there is a long line even if you come as early as 11:30
I recommend comming here at night to avoid long lines (If there is a line infront of a ramen shop it usually means its good ramen)

Do not use the ticket machine in front. Only eight seats.
After eating all the Ramen, you can request "Soup Wari," or soup-thinner to...

Locals surrounding me squeezed the limeish fruit, sudachi after having 1/3 noodles, then put some blackish powder, black pepper or something after having another one-third.
Was quite good but could be extremely heavy. Need to purchase an order ticket from a small machine on the...
