Tsunaya Ebisu — Restaurant in Tokyo

I understand that this is an affordable sushi spot, but we've had much better sushi from a grocery store. The rice was dirty and mushy and the fish was so chewy, we had to spit some out.

However, the main reason for the 1 star is that they have different prices depending on if they give you an English menu or a Japanese menu. We got our hands on both and compared prices. It's tuna centralized sushi-izakaya though, less creativities or varieties than expected. Would be inexpensive if you think here as sushi place, vice versa as izakaya. But the quality of tuna itself is good and other seafoods...
