We’ve come to Japan from Australia where you can eat really good quality sushi and Omakase. This place is a gem to be discovered. No queue, yet the best sushi I’ve tried in my life (and I’ve gone to many very remarkable sushi restaurants in different countries). The chef was just out of this world, the cleanliness, perfectionism, the freshest sushi I’ve ever tried. And we’ve been to the fish Tsukiji Market twice.. I’ll recommend this place to everyone that want to have a one on one experience with a 30 years of experience sushi chef. Such an excellent night with some amazingly fresh seafood. When in Japan, you have to try an omakase experience and this one is great quality for the price. My boyfriend and I had an excellent time trying some more known pieces the chef made for us, like tuna and mackerel, and had an amazing experience trying new things, like clam and shirako (fish smelt). Every piece was delicious and we really enjoyed our night with the chef. Definitely a must try...
