過去5回利用した感想を書きます。 初回は開店間もない頃でした。クラシックバーガーを頼みました。とても美味しかったです。ポテトもお肉も味わいがあってまた来たいと思いました。しかしテイクアウトには20分以上かかりました。

May 19, 2021 11:30 3回目はサルサメキシカンバーガーを頼みました。ポテトは美味しかったです。しかしハンバーガーは汁気が多くてグシャッとしていて肉の味が損なわれてました。初めてのイートインだったので店の雰囲気で時間を潰せましたが、25分以上待ちました。

4回目からは流石に少し対策して時間を気にするようになりました。

Nov 20, 2021 14:02 4回目はダブルクラシックバーガーを頼みました。コロナの自粛が解除されてビールが解禁された日だったので、ビールを注文しました。これまでの提供時間の遅さを見越して、注文から15分ほど経過したところでビールを追加注文しました。2-3分で提供されたのですが、これが酷く不味い。炭酸抜け気味でなんだか酸っぱい。メニューには「スーパードライ」と掲載されていますが、「これがスーパードライか！？」と引くほどです。ハンバーガー提供まで結局27分待ちました。また、オニオンが焦げて挟まっていました。ダブルにしたけど肉を美味しく食べてる感はあまりしませんでした。

Mar 12, 2022 13:00 5回目は原点に返ってクラシックバーガーをテイクアウトで。今回は注文してからコンビニにビールを買いに行きました。（缶ビールの方がうまい）しかし今回は結局手違いでもあったのか20分以上経過した時点で私の番号を確認してから厨房と数分あたふたした後に提供されました。33分待ちました。店員さんは何も悪びれた素振りもなかったので、手違いはあったにせよどれだけの時間待たせたのかは気にならないみたいですね。ハンバーガーはまたオニオンが焦げていたし、ポテトはやたらと細くて小さいものばかりが入っていました。

昔飲食店でバイトしていた時に店長から「20分も待たせたらお客さんが怒って帰っても仕方ない。待たせないように厨房とフロアで連携して。」と指導されていたので、毎回20分以上待つのは正直ありえないです。

もう二度とこの店は利用しません。

I forgot to take a picture of the burger I got, but it was pretty good given the usual state of burgers in Japan. I ordered the onion and mushroom burger, which was decent. They do provide proper ketchup and mustard at the table which is a nice change from the usual sad and tiny portions of sauce. The fries were quite good, though the coleslaw was just ok. The burger itself was well cooked, pretty much to medium (though they claim medium rare), and tasted as I would expect. The cheese was somewhat disappointing as seems usual for Japan, and the mushrooms and onions were passable. If you're craving a burger and fries this isn't a bad place to go, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. The sleeve for eating the burger without a mess was definitely...

昔のモスバーガーは出来上がるのに30分位掛かったのを知る人は少ない。　under the cascade@立川 あれは高田が学生の時にドーナッツ屋でアルバイトをしていた頃。アルバイト仲間とモスバーガーは旨いが出来上がるのに時間が掛ると、盛り上がっていると、ドーナッツ屋の店長が「昔はちゃんとオーダー受けてから作っていたから、もっと旨かったけど出来上がるのに30分は掛かっていたんだぞ!」と、言っていた。でも。それはファーストフード店では無いよね。イタリアントマトの本物のシェフ達は経営者が変わりセントラルキッチンになって大量に辞めたらしい。昔のイタトマは美味かったんだけどな。マックはスグにオーダーしたら出てくるし。それが普通の方が多いのだろう。そんな事をアンダー ザ　カスケードさんのGoogle評価を見て思い出した。今では飲食店を検索するときに食べログよりもGoogleやインスタが多いらしい。現実、食べログの件数よりもGoogleの件数の方が多い飲食店の多い事か！簡単に書込みができる分、浅いローカルガイドが多い気がしているのは高田だけ?!評価が低い方の口コミは大体出来上がるのが遅い!が多い気がします。それならマックで食べればよいのでは?求める所が違うと思います。味に関してももっとよく噛んで唾液を出して食べてください。味の濃厚さを判るはずです。ハンバーグですからよく噛めば安くて旨い事が判ると思います。 1年ぶりに昭和記念公園にコスモスを見に行き、IKEAをブラブラした後に伺ったお店、グリーンスプリングスの東側、アンダー ザ カスケードでディナーを取ることにしました。ダイナー大好きな高田。ハンバーガーは外せませんよね! そこグッドルッキングな佇まいにフェードインッ!と、共に大手居酒屋チェーンの様な「いらっしゃいませ!」が素晴らしいですね!窓側の席に通されます。 先ずはオーダー方法の説明。スマホでQRコードを読取り、そのページから注文するスタイル。オソラクコロナ対策で、そのようになったのか?正直、お客様を選ぶが、高田的にも備付のPADは嫌いだし、自分のスマホだと安心して操作出来るし。この辺りは評価を下げる人がいるかも。 今回高田はBLTバーガー&ジンジャーエール。連れはチキンオーバーライス&チャイ。そしてショアでシナモンアップルのパンケーキをオーダー!ハンバーガーの、説明では中がミディアムレアとのことわりが。ハンバーガーのエリートの高田にとってドウゾ!ウエルカムッ!て感じです。あと、サラダ&フライドポテトが付くらしい。 まつことしばし。店内の写真を撮って、アンダー ザ...
