We got a waiting ticket but it was meaningless. After 30mins while still waiting, we saw many empty tables but they still did not call us. I had to ask the staff and then she said OK we could enter. What's the point of taking a waiting number then??? Service was poor as all the female waitress were not attentive. Ths shop is nice, so is the atmosphere. This shop is also in the new Green Springs in Tachikawa, almost like Aoyama. But the customers in the shop are no Aoyama people. Most likely countryside people and they were so loud and it was like izakaya. We had to finish quickly and get out. The food was average but price is above average. We visited with some friends and my 4 year old and 8 month old on a Sunday. It was very busy and we have to take a ticket then wait for about an hour before we were shown through. The menu was great for kids. The kids menu was extensive and basically small portions of the same food as the adults which I thought was great. They do weaning food for free - my 8 month old had some rice congee with fish, she loved it. The food was really good. Very good quality yoshoku. We sat at a table but they also have zashiki type seating with carpet which is great for little kids and babies. One issue was there's only one changing table and it's in the same room as the nursing room so that's a bit inconvenient for a restaurant aimed at small children. Lots of adults only and...

I normally love coming here. But on a Sunday lunch is ridiculous. We know how busy they get so we lined up 20-25mins before 11am. We noticed another line. We later find out they were already fully booked with reservations. Besides us, there were a good 20-25 people waiting in line already. They should have placed a sign in the front that they were fully booked. Instead of letting people wait for nothing. Ridiculous. The other customers said the same thing. So be sure to book...
