We got a waiting ticket but it was meaningless. After 30mins while still waiting, we saw many empty tables but they still did not call us. I had to ask the staff and then she said OK we could enter. What's the point of taking a waiting number then??? Service was poor as all the female waitress were not attentive. Ths shop is nice, so is the atmosphere. This shop is also in the new Green Springs in Tachikawa, almost like Aoyama. But the customers in the shop are no Aoyama people. Most likely countryside people and they were so loud and it was like izakaya. We had to finish quickly and get out. The food was average but price is above average. At the end, the only male staff who took our payment was the only professional one that show a high standard. The staff here have much to learn and need...

We later find out they were already fully booked with reservations. Besides us, there were a good 20-25 people waiting in line already. They should have placed a sign in the front that they were fully booked. Instead of letting people wait for nothing. Ridiculous. The other customers said the same thing. So be sure to book...
