We were unexpectedly brought to this remarkable venue to celebrate our recent engagement, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and care. As we began our evening with cocktails in the café, their kindness set the tone for what would become an unforgettable night.

After a few delightful hours, they suggested we stay for dinner, and we are so grateful we did. The omakase experience was truly unparalleled. A special acknowledgment to their General Manager, an exceptional leader and certified sake master, who curated an extraordinary journey for us. He introduced us to a variety of sakes, each paired beautifully with the courses, elevating the entire evening. The highlights for me were the uni and the Kobe beef—absolute perfection.

We also want to extend our gratitude to their new bartender, a charming and talented gentleman of Indian descent. Though I regret not remembering his name, his impeccable service, masterful cocktails, and thoughtful travel recommendations left a lasting impression.

To cap off the evening, they arranged a limousine to take us to our next destination—a gracious gesture to celebrate our engagement. This evening was a blend of impeccable service, exquisite flavors, and unforgettable hospitality, making it a memory we will...

Such a beautiful restaurant. We all did the Kaiseki An and what a beautiful, delicious experience. It was so gorgeous to look at and tasted heavenly. They were extremely accommodating with dietary restrictions and so friendly.

They were so responsive and some of the best service I've ever had in the world. Last minute reservation changes and updated dietary needs were graciously accepted up until the day of our dinner.

We even got a lovely tour of the space afterwards and I cannot wait to go back with...

My partner and I celebrated her birthday with tempura at XEX and had a really enjoyable night.

The only thing better than the amazing food and view was the service from their waiter; Neil, one of the nicest and most hospitable guys you'll meet.

We were also surprised and appreciative at the end of the night when they arranged a limousine to take us back to our hotel, even stopping by the Tokyo Tower for some photo opportunities.

We highly recommend XEX and will definitely return next time...
