Absolutely heartwarming experience at this gem of a restaurant in Toyama! 🌟

In a place where vegetarian options are rare, finding a spot that not only serves Jain food but does it so deliciously is truly special. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. What made it even more memorable was the warmth of the owner — she served each meal with so much love and care, and happily accommodated all our Jain food requests with a smile.

It felt less like a restaurant and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for soulful, vegetarian food in Toyama — a rare find that touches both the heart and the taste...

Looking for a lateish vegetarian dinner after a visit to the glass museum and had seen Sol on Google Maps. Small and quiet restaurant, great service by the lovely owner who spoke great English which was super helpful and enjoyed chatting to her! Had red bean curry with brown rice, which came with a side plate with some mushrooms, roast squash and a slice of frittata. Food was delicious and so great to get some gourmet veggie food but portion was a little on the small side. Amazing smell of freshly cooked brownies also wafting from the kitchen which was very tempting! Overall great experience and would recommend to any veggies or vegans...
