Shiro Sushi — Restaurant in Toyama

This place was amazing when we went for dinner! There’s no English menu and there’s a lot of locals; if you can’t speak Japanese, you can ask the owner to recommend. We had sashimi, grilled fish jaw, and seafood oden.

What stood out for sashimi was the shiro ebi “white shrimp”, squid, octopus, the otoro and meguro. We had grilled “buri” jaw which was very juicy! Shiro ebi and buri is famous in Toyama. The oden was the best we had!
