Found this coffee shop on a rainy afternoon walking around Kinosaki in desperate need for caffeine and being dry. The husband and wife owners welcomed us in and helped us get dried off. We ordered a matcha cappuccino, a roasted green tea cappuccino, and the cheese toast. The cheese toast was a 1.5 inch thick piece of toast made by a friend of the owners who is a baker, with perfectly melted cheese on top, served with honey, whole grain mustard and a sausage link. (Oh marone! 🤤) The flavor combination of all it combined was out of this world! The drinks were hand crafted and absolutely delicious! We enjoyed everything so much that we decided we needed to come back the following day to get it all again!
Not only did the owners remember us, they were excited to remake everything! They even sent us some homemade soup on the house to try and it was delicious! We purchased the matcha they used to make the drink because we’re hoping to recreate when we’re back home.
Also! The owner is a painter and has his work hanging around the store, we wish it was for sale because we would have bought those too! Very talented. Definitely check this place out if you’re visiting...

The staff were very accommodating and there is an English menu if you have...
