This yakiniku set comes with free refills of rice, dessert, drink, salad, and a small bowl of cooked food. The set allows you to compare meat from all 9 parts. Tenderness is a given. The meat is so fresh that you could eat it raw. The sauce, which is important for yakiniku, is an elegant soy sauce sauce, and you can dip the meat in wasabi and salt toppings to make it even more delicious. The amount of meat is about 150 grams in total, so it doesn't seem like a lot. I didn't end up having more rice, but it was just right with the amount of meat. The tea that comes with the dish is corn tea, which refreshes the palate after a heavy meal of yakiniku. The dessert ice cream was bite-sized dice of chocolate and green tea. It was half frozen and had a normal taste and texture. I thought it would be more dessert-like if it were a little thicker.
