The “Special Ginger Soy Sauce Ramen” has a rich, flavorful soup with chicken and pork base, balanced perfectly with soy sauce and ginger. The chewy hand-rolled noodles match the soup perfectly, and the smoky grilled pork, silky wontons, and creamy soft-boiled egg make it even better.

The “Grilled Pork Rice Bowl” is a fantastic side, with juicy, smoky pork and a sweet-savory sauce over rice.

The juicy wonton melts in the mouth and the chashu is meaty yet tender, the broth is also interesting with addition of ginger to the usual shoyu based broth and yuzu to the usual salt based broth

And the price is very friendly for the quality and quantity that they give
