Garlic Jo’s Motomachi — Restaurant in Yokohama

Went to Garlic Joe's right before they closed and they were so nice to let our group of three in and order all at once. Almost every dish was great, the lemon sour was also pretty good.

We ordered the pizza, the tomato spaghetti, the vampire killer, and the garlic bread. I think the spaghetti was the weakest dish, it didn't have much garlic or flavor in it because I think it seemed less flavorful in comparison to the other dishes.

We had almost everything off their recommended menu. Everything was well cooked. The steak was probably the highlight with a crazy amount of garlic. Garlic bread was fun as you make a hole and then push the butter in. The waiter was super nice and because he was busy being helpful service could be a bit slow. Beer is a good option as wine was not great. Looks like they do cocktails so may be worth exploring. A novelty restaurant for sure doing its specialty well; not sure how...

My wife loves their lunch set hamburgs ( in fact they only do hamburgs at lunch), but I'm a fan of their dinner menu.

Simple beer (yebisu amber) and their classic garlic bread makes for the perfect starter.
