Booked a room for 2 and we were provided with only 2 hangers in the room, which weren’t enough since we already used it for our winter jackets. There’s no intercom/phone in the room to call for service, which was fine. So I took the trouble to go down to the reception in my pajamas to ask for hangers. I was told (without hesitation) that they have no extra hangers and they can do nothing about it. I went back to my room having to figure out myself how to hang my wet towels in my room. After raising the concern about the unreasonable key re-issue cost, the lady who worked at the front desk meant that it's not her problem, and refuse to connect us with the ones in charge to resolve the issue and said it's shameful to not pay the 9000 Yen. Despite repeated requests, we were not allowed to speak to the hotel manager, and they did not want to give me access to the medication I needed in my luggage without paying this fee. my plight was shamelessly exploited. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel chain with such...
