Taka-san and the staff at Ringram have been all very helpful and offered us the best service. We wanted to make our wedding rings using the wax method but knew our trip of 25 days in Japan might be too short for this course (wax course needs 4 weeks to make the rings).

We contacted the shop in advance and explained our situation, they told us if we chose a simple design, they could deliver the ring within the 25 days, right before we left Japan. We also had a plan B to have a friend in Japan pick it up if there was unforeseen delay.

At the shop, we reexplained the situation and the staff was very helpful in making arrangements to make sure we could fit our delay. Taka-san was great at helping us choose a design that fit my engagement ring and walking us through the step to make our rings and always made sure we felt reassured if we made mistakes in the process. He used a translator device to talk to us so it was okay to use English with him.

Finally when it came time to pick up the finished ring, Ringram exceeded our expectations and deliverd one week in advance to the date we had fixed prior. We cannot recommend their service enough. They are a great place to have your important rings made and it creates important mementos for us.
