Nice hotpot same as Shinjuku branch. Good services. The foods are all delicious after putting into the soup. I recommended drinking a cup of soup before starting the meal. The staff will ask and prepare it for you. We ordered two types of soup. Standard spicy and pork broth with two bones inside. There is meat on the bone and delicious bone marrow inside. At the end of the meal. The staff will cut it for you and a straw for bone marrow. You should also try the white fish with the spicy soup. Delicious! Tofu and veggies are all good. Everything is good just the base soup is a bit expensive. So if you are going with at least 3 people, is better. You will have more budget to order other things. Finished it with the coconut ice cream. The ice cream is a bit expensive. It would be a reasonable price if it is...

Tourist here in Yokohama, Japan, Haidilao. The staff at this branch was very welcoming. They make the mood as though you are at home eating with your loved ones when you are eating solo. The staffs were all so friendly, easy going, fuss-free, prompt service rendered, accepting of suggestions, food was great by the way. Had my own haidilao food hack cooked by their own staff which was ultra tasty. Very sensitive to customer's need and what is there more to say. They are all so humble. Sorry I was too shy to get all the staff's name down. Had 1 staff name from the friendly manager. All the staffs were handsome/beautiful. Great experience here! Would love to return to this...
