A no-fuss Japanese eatery where the servings are big, the prices are on the cheap side, and the atmosphere is just right. This isn’t a place for your Instagram; you come here to get a delicious meal that’s done authentically. There is soul in this place; it’s been around for so long and for all that time, it’s been popular with the nearby white or blue collar workers that you know all these people can’t be wrong. Whether it’s refuelling for lunch (the lunch lines may look long but it moves efficiently) or a solo feed or an impromptu bite with a group after work, you can’t go wrong with Kaizoku.

Their dishes may remind Japanese a little of nostalgia, but way too salty overall, and the price is not fair for the quality. What’s more terrible is that they don’t care about the sanitary even in corona situation - cooks are talking so loudly over the dishes to be served without wearing a mask, and the table is not cleaned well.

Their dishes may remind Japanese a little of nostalgia, but way too salty overall, and the price is not fair for the quality. A no-fuss Japanese eatery where the servings are big, the prices are on the cheap side, and the atmosphere is just right. This isn’t a place for your Instagram; you come here to get a delicious meal that’s done authentically. There is soul in this place; it’s been around for so long and for all that time, it’s been popular with the nearby white or blue collar workers that you know all these people can’t be wrong.

Whether it’s refuelling for lunch (the lunch lines may look long but it moves efficiently) or a solo feed or an impromptu bite with a group after work, you can’t go wrong...

Despite the good reputation by the local people I know, this Japanized-Chinese dining serves something not quite good. Their dishes may remind Japanese a little of nostalgia, but way too salty overall, and the price is not fair for the quality. What’s more terrible is that they don’t care about the sanitary even in corona situation - cooks are talking so loudly over the dishes to be served without wearing a mask, and the table is not...
