Machida Shouten Yokohama station — Restaurant in Yokohama

I had Ajitama Ramen(which is Ramen with boiled Egg) maybe about 800yen,pretty reasonable. It was around 3pm to 4pm. There is no crowded since avoiding lunch time. As you might know that guest should buy Ramen ticket by bending machine. In Japan Kind of Ramen shop, we can choose how much the firmness of the noodles from tender, regular, and firm, as well as the thickness of the soup to thin, regular or rich. We’ll be able to choose how oily the ramen bowl will be if you tell the staff to the oiliness etc... Even if you don’t have particular preference, just order as normal.

Anyway, it was good Ramen with roasted pork fillet, seaweed, boiled quail egg boiled egg. Too much egg? No, I love Egg.

If I can say something, it was bit salty for me.

Also you can enjoy a variety of ingredients with free of charge. You can customize taste what you want. It is higly recommended to the people who is working nearby in yokohama station. Saw a long queue in front of a small noodle shop tonight around the corner, curiosity and empty stomach drove us here. You can choose hardness of noodle, richness of taste and how fatty the soup.
