Overview High quality and more courses Better reserve on line. Relatively bargain
Sushi Tokyo Ten is decently decorated with 18 counter seats and 2 tables for a group of 4 or 6.
The estimated waiting time was about 30 to 45 minutes for non reservation customers.
Firstly, they served green tea with a small bowl of clam juice, then followed with appetitizers and steamed eggs.
We did not know how many Sushi to be served and ended up with 12, which include sea urchin, an Abalone, fatty tuna, Scallop, eel and various fishes.
Each sushi was fresh, yummy and delicious. The taste of each sushi was quite unique and we could remember it easily. Among the sushi provided, the most outstanding one was Baffun sea urchin and Scallop.
At the end, we had taken 12 Sushi, 2 clam soup, steamed egg, and 3 appetitizers. It is absolutely bargain for what I paid for.
During my stay in Tokyo for 2 weeks, I have paid a visit to Sushi Tokyo Ten for 2 times, always at 5 stars...
Read moreDiscovered this sushi omakase gem in the Roppongi area of Tokyo and it instantly became my go-to spot for an affordable omakase experience. So, when I found out they had a branch in Yokohama, I didn't hesitate to book a table as soon as I arrived in the city. At $60, the meal offers incredible value, especially by Japanese standards.
Booking was a breeze, and I really appreciated their welcoming policy towards solo diners like myself. Be warned, the servings are generous, so come with an appetite! The quality of the fish was impeccable, and the sushi craftsmanship was truly top-notch. For those spending a bit more time in Japan and looking for an authentic, wallet-friendly omakase experience, this place is a must-visit. It's a solid 5-star...
Read moreAbsolutely loveeeeed my omakase experience here. We managed to get a reservation for 7 people 1-2 weeks before. Tucked away in a pretty far back corner of NEWoman mall, took awhile for us to find the place, even had to ask for directions 😅 For only 8xxx yen, it was so value for money for all the food we were served!! All so fresh and thick generous cuts. We were served at least 20++ different foods, we were so full at the end! Our chef was shy and rather quiet(perhaps we were speaking English), but he was so cool. He even helped aburi-ed a friend’s course who didn’t fancy too much raw food. Absolutely recommend for whoever looking to experience an omakase meal...
