Nice new bakery in Yokohama. The cat shaped cookie is tasty. Not too sweet, lots of nuts. The carrot cake does not taste much as a carrot cake, more like some butter cake. Anyway, the butter flavor is very strong. But the frosting is good, again, not too sweet, just perfect amount of sweet and sour. ５年２ヶ月ぶりに訪問しました。 お目当ては、”ダンボフォカッチャ”でしたので、ランチ前に立ち寄ってスタッフさんにフォカッチャの初回焼き上がり時間を確認。

ダンボフォカッチャ：11:30 ダンボフォカッチャ（オリーブ）：12:30

ランチを終えてお店に戻ると、丁度ダンボフォカッチャ（オリーブ）も販売されていました。

今回は、此方を購入。 何れも個人的にお勧めの商品です。

■ダンボ・フォカッチャ・オリーブ＠440円（税込） ---自慢のフォカッチャ生地にブラックとグリーンのオリーブが入っています。北海道産小麦を使用したフォカッチャ生地はふわふわの軽さで、オリーブの塩気も割とマイルド。サラダやスープに添えていただくと美味しいです。

■キャットプレッツエル＠310円 ---此方も人気商品です。自家製発酵種を使用したプレッツェルで、ラウゲン液効果の赤褐色の色合いも良いですね。外はカリッと、中はみっちり感があってスナック感覚でいただけます。岩塩が効いているので、そのままでも美味しいですが、甘いジャムを合わせていただいても美味しいです。

■ミルキーデニッシュ＠270円 ---発酵バター入りの油脂を使用しているので、やや油分が強いデニッシュ。生地は軽めの仕上がりで、たっぷりの練乳パウダーとの相性が良いです。

■キャロットケーキ＠420円 ---ホロッと感は抑えめで、ややしっとり感もあるキャロットケーキ。クリームチーズと胡桃が入ったアイシングも上品な甘さで美味しい。
