TsuriKin - Main Store — Restaurant in Yokohama

We were lost (or thought so) in the mid of warehouses. Its a small kiosk but easily spotted (thank goodness no car parked in front). Noodle is chewy, reminds me of typical chinese noodle. Soup looks clear but actually taste really rich of shellfish and pork taste. Theres is a bottle of clear liquid with 2 little fish in it, is actually vinegar. Tried it in my soup and i love it. It didnt gave any sour taste to my soup but it brings out the richness of the fatty in the soup. The sushi set would be different everyday depends on whats fresh from the market. We walked 21 mins to get here but definitely worth it. I was here around 10 and the crowd has just dispersed. Lucky us. The pretty lady in charge help up using limited english and translate apps. Discovered this hidden gem after seeing so many positive reviews, and it did not disappoint! The location is tucked away in a market, and I almost doubted the Google Maps pin. Thankfully, the friendly workers around the area pointed me in the right direction.

As for the food, I ordered the ramen and sushi set, and it was absolutely worth it. The ramen soup was incredibly refreshing with a delightful bonito flavor, and the noodles had the perfect texture. The sushi was so fresh! It’s clear they prioritize quality ingredients.
