Hygiene and health alerting Dining Experience.

My recent visit on Friday left me utterly disappointed and disgusted by the lack of professionalism and hygiene at the establishment. Upon arrival, I had requested a terrace seating for my sisters and nieces of 5, which the waiter had initially declined citing the terrace only opens at 5 pm, despite it being 4 pm. As my sisters arrived the waiter immediately changed his mind and seated us at the terrace for a reason that isn't known to me till now. This poor standard of protocol seating was the first indicator of the poor service to come.

The health and hygiene concerns escalated when I discovered a foreign object - a fingernail - in my buffalo chicken burger after just a few bites. Naturally, I called the waiter over, and instead of handling the situation discreetly and professionally, they took the contaminated food away and began inspecting the foreign object, asking me to provide them with my food gloves. After waiting during which I felt increasingly uncomfortable, they returned and dismissively claimed that what I had found was merely a piece of plastic from the bread buns plastic packaging bag. The lack of concern for the customer's well-being and the dismissive attitude was absolutely appalling.

As if that wasn’t enough, I was taken aback when I went to settle the bill. Instead of acknowledging the clear distress the waiter's response to the unsanitary incident further highlighted the lack of concern for customer well-being and sanitation standards.The waiter flippantly stated that they did not charge me for the burger and would provide a mere 15% off the bill as a gesture of apology. This dismissive behavior and inadequate response to such a distressing event further compounded my disappointment.

As a once-loyal patron of the Restaurant I am deeply troubled by the disregard for health and sanitation standards exhibited during my visit. I strongly caution against patronizing this establishment, given the apparent lack of commitment to upholding basic hygiene practices and the dismissive handling of a serious health and...

Today i will amend a new bad experience 8th of jan 2025 in ALWEIBDEH BRANCH. I visited the place with my family where we've requested a place away from smoking. The cashier whobsemed to be the reception staff gave us a table. After ordering and receiving some of our orders it seemed to be that he placed us in a smoking area and it was full of smoke (i have a 2 years old child with me). After asking our waiter ANAS if there was a Non smoking are in the place. He pointed at the are exactly behind the reception and entrance door. I noticed that there was 2 GUYS setting and smoking at the table behind the reception desk. I told Anas,but there are 2 guys smoking there!!!! He stated that they were here earlier. I was trying to be fine until the table behind me was occupied and they have asked for shisha. I had to ask for the bill and infothe waiter ANAS about the incident and that i will certainly report thatvthey didn't follow the rules of smoking/ no smoking requests. They mad eus set in smoking area with a child while only 2 guys where occupying the no smoking area which was supposed to be for non smokers. Anas was friendly but, no manager or supervisor showed interest to come and talk to us despite the fact that i saw Anas telling the story to the reception desk guy. I had to ask for my bell earlier and leave as it was not comfortable for our child to stay in this place for a longer period. We love Buffalo wings and rings and we hope that you follow the rules in all of your branches. ...

The staff were slow in providing the service. It has a nice terrace and view , but, Serving shisha at the terrace was harmful to non smokers although it is preferred by some people, shisha price was 7jds++...

So I reserved 1 seat for the Taylor Swift trivia night, hoping that i would have a good time and enjoy the night with other swifties. All the customers were so nice and we even exchanged friendship bracelets. Keep in mind that I reserved ONE seat and it was on the BAR. I ordered a bottle of water because I wasnt really hungry and didn't want anything else, when i asked for the check the bartender said 'one minute' then went and called someone, this person started blaming me for not ordering anything, so me trying to diffuse the situation said I wanted some onion rings, then he was like 'you have to pay at least 10 JDS عفكرة' , not only was he do rude and treating me like a transaction, this information was new to me as i was there to have a good time and do my trivia (no one said that to me when i sat down). Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting, and I would never ever step foot into any branch ever...
