The location is great, and the atmosphere is good, the food is ordinary that you can cook at home but with a high price, they want to make the place fancy by bringing you the hot plates over to your table with the fire underneath it, its hazardous because the plate is litrally coocking on your table, especially with kids it could be dangerous, and your cloths and hair will end up smelling like the food you ate (needed a shower after visiting the place) they fix you a soda drink and they bring the gas machine to your table also (its like a bomb litrally and it will cause you more than customers if it popped and hurted someone).
Sheesha is good, they have live music that is annoying since the speakers are just above shoulder level.
Service was good, they were fast in getting the order, its not wheelchair accessible.
My main point is saftey here, god forbids if that sizzling food/plate fell over it will at least cause a mess that will make you never comeback again.
Recommended: go with friends for sheesha and coffee, to get to know Amman better, but thats it.
The place used to be an art galary before with musicians olaying all day, most of that is over now. Shame because the location and the decoration amd view...
Read morePlace has 3 different seating areas. Pretty cool, but none of them are for non-smokers. Do NOT try their milkshakes. Absolutely terrible. Full of sugar. No taste. Tried "cheesecake" and "Oreo" both of which were bad. Fresh fruit cocktail "four seasons" was not bad, though, but it could use less sugar, too. Tried shish tawook and meat fakhara. They were good.
Staff were nice but I don't know why they didn't have specific staff for specific tables. Seemed like everybody was serving everybody. There was a mixup with the meat fakhara - they got me chicken instead but then brought the right order. They also surprisingly accepted to change the bad cheesecake drink to a fruit cocktail instead.

Read moreAtmosphere is great. Staff are friendly but get almost every order wrong. We were a group, I ordered white hot mocha and first got iced white mocha, when I told them I asked for hot mocha, they got me dark hot mocha instead of white. My friend asked for tea without mint and got tea with mint. We had a birthday for a friend and they walked up to her and asked her when to bring the cake and what number to write on it, thus ruining all chances of a surprise. They brought us coffee in cocktail glasses. Generally very low...
