Ciao Ciao — Restaurant in Amman

We decided to visit this restaurant based on the high rating it has, but we got disappointed so quickly, I wanted to have a seafood pasta, my son had the pesto pasta, my wife had spaghetti Bolognese, and we ordered a salami pizza to share, the first thing was that they didn't have shrimps to make the seafood pasta so I changed it to fettuccine Alfredo. My son's pesto was OK, but the spaghetti Bolognese was dull, the sauce was not rich in taste, the chicken Alfredo sauce was a disaster almost no chicken in it and it didn't taste good at all, it was like a slime, sticky and almost no flavor in it and when I told them that, the guy came up with the strangest comment ever " it is sticky because it is freshly made" the fettuccine was not prepared well too, it was hard in the middle, i don't liked tge pasta over cooked but not under cooked too, the pizza was the only good thing we ordered, but it also needed some flavors in the sauce, it was a little bit dull. I recently dined at Caio Caio in Lwebdeh, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm, rustic ambiance made me feel like I was in a cozy trattoria in Italy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall charm, specially Rana which was amazing.

The food? Absolutely divine! we started with the Fior Di Latte **—fresh, juicy and perfectly paired with cherry tomatoes and Basil. For the main course, the **Salamino and Capricciosa pizzas were rich and aromatic, cooked to perfection just like in Rome. And the thin, crispy crust with fresh mozzarella was perfection. We also had the garlic bread with cheese which was delicious.

Ciao Ciao is truly a hidden gem in Amman! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, with a stylish Italian touch that instantly set the mood. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
