I like to try coffeeshops a lot, especially going on the weekend at 7 AM to go through the peaceful streets and get some work done in a calm cafe.

While I have a favorite spot, I like to try new places and eat new food. So I went to melange, and I can very confidently rank it top 3 in all of Jordan.

The staff are very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable in coffee. The atmosphere is perfect for work, and the coffee was genuinely good.

I had a cheese croissant which was mouth wateringly delicious. However, the pecan pie (which was one of the main attractions for me to come here) was a major disappointment. You expect a pecan pie to be a crumbly cinnamon delight with pecan cream in the middle, instead it is "damp", sour, and date based. Its not necessarily bad, but it's literally just an energy bar in the shape of a pie. It felt as disappointing as opening a box of biscuits and finding sewing supplies... Thats why food is 4/5

Hands down the best coffee in town! And they care about what they sell. If you have 30 minutes to spare ask them to explain their roasting and origins and then have something from the Brew Bar which is quite an experience . But other wise sit back and enjoy the atmosphere, the clients, the staff and the coffee. My Curran favourite is the Spanish Chai Latte - espresso , sweetened condensed milk (I think) and some cardamom (hot or iced) it’s delicious. Non smoking inside but smoking is allowed on the patio out front. The. Have a loyalty card which is nice for the frequent users especially since the prices are a little high. But the quality is worth it and you can sit for hours in free high speed internet and work, socialise, or caffeinated.
