NY HELL'S KITCHEN — Restaurant in Almaty

There are three different restaurants and a bakery sharing the space so you get to choose your food from three different menus. I don’t know why but the place did not feel cosy.Prices are average and portions are quite small. Bao with salmon from BAO restaurant was quite bland lacking spices/seasoning. Dessert from 2 Moms Coffee and Bakery shop was disappointing. I ordered napoleon cake and it didn’t look appetizing at all. But first the waiter brought a different cake (medovik) and insisted it was napoleon. He brought the real napoleon after I asked him to check with the bakery. It was our first time to this restaurant. The menu has lot of options to choose from. The ambience itself is nice.

Food is top quality and taste too.

It was birthday celebration so we were offered 1 dish on complimentary basis as per their policy which was nice touch from the restaurant.

It is a nice place for a quick lunch. It has several restaurants inside it and you can choose from any menu. The service is good, the staff are friendly. The salads in bowls from Bao were ace!
