TARY Riverside — Restaurant in Almaty

When visiting Charyn Canyon, my friend and I found their branch sitting on the top of the canyons with majestic view. We tried their "Farmer's Bread & Butter" which was so organic and tasty (must-try). Out of curiousity, I searched if they any have branch in Almaty; surprisingly found this cafe in heart of the city running 24/7 where I met Ms. MUNIRA who was extensively hospitable and accommodating. She speaks English well, so I managed to get my orders & requests right.

I think good place to try Kazakh food. Baursak and tea with tary (millet) was very good. Cheese soup was not bad, but not that rich taste. Chicken and pumpkin soup was, ice cream with irimshik was very delicious. There not that much space, and the seats are touching each other from the behind table. It’s not comfortable. The lighting was blinking both times when i was there. Service is very nice. People are pleasant and joyful ☺️. Thank you for this...

Цена высокие, блюда очень простые, обслуживание поймай официанта, официант попросил взять меню через qr, бумажного меню не предложили, курдак был жутко простым, картошка не соленая, мясо просто отворили, дома можно сделать лучше а ценник в районе 10 usd, салат был неплох но опять же жутко простой никакой изюминки, итог один, два супер простых блюда за большие деньги , супер никчемное обслуживание будто мы бегать должны за официантом, всем свои гостям и знакомым не за какие деньги не порекомендую это место, а лучше сходить в тот же Tarih...
