**🌿 Pure Bliss at Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi 🌿** Okay, so my friends and I had the *ultimate* spa day at **Villa Rosa Kempinski** in Nairobi, and it was *everything*. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a level of luxury that made us feel like royalty—seriously, we almost forgot we were in Nairobi for a second! **The Spa Experience:** First, let’s talk about the **spa**—it's like stepping into a different world. The vibe was so calm and peaceful, with that sweet scent of essential oils in the air. We all went for the **Luxurious Package**, and I’m telling you, the **massages** were absolute heaven. They personalized everything to our needs, and by the time we were done, we were all so relaxed we could barely keep our eyes open. 😴 And don’t even get me started on the **Jacuzzi** and the **steam room**—*next level*. After the treatments, we spent some time lounging by the pool. It’s **heated**, which made it feel like the most luxurious dip ever. We could just float, soak in the sun, and chat with a view of the city. It was pure relaxation. 🌊☀️ **Lunch at LUCCA:** Post-spa vibes, we were starving, so we headed over to **LUCCA**, the Italian restaurant inside the hotel. Can we just say, the food was as luxurious as the spa? The chef made sure we had the best dishes, from fresh, crispy salads to pasta that tasted like it came straight from Italy. The service was top-notch too—Silas, our server, was absolutely amazing and made us feel like family. The whole experience was like the perfect Sunday plan: pampering, delicious food, and unforgettable moments with friends. **The Deal:** The deal they have this month is *definitely* worth it—spa treatments, access to all their amazing facilities (including that pool!), and lunch? It’s like they thought of everything. By the time we were done, we were so full of good food and relaxation, we couldn't help but plan our next visit. **Overall Vibes:** We left feeling like we were floating on air (seriously, no one wanted to get back to reality). If you’re looking for a way to treat yourself and your friends to something special, **Villa Rosa Kempinski** should definitely be on your list. Totally worth it!

Few places have left as lasting an impression on me as Villa Rosa Kempinski in Nairobi. We stayed for five nights and genuinely had the best time of our lives. We booked the balcony suite, and it was nothing short of spectacular. It was spacious, elegantly designed, and filled with warm, authentic touches that made us feel instantly at home. From the moment we arrived, the service was world-class. The front desk greeted us with a refreshing welcome drink and went above and beyond by decorating our room to help us celebrate our wedding, a gesture we’ll never forget. The staff’s attention to detail throughout our stay made everything feel personalized and special. The Balcony bar quickly became our favorite spot for an evening wind-down. Their drinks were outstanding, and the complimentary taro chips were a delightful way to experience a local flavor. The swimming pool was clean, inviting, and perfect for relaxation, while the adjacent gym had everything needed for a quick and effective workout. The location couldn’t be more ideal just minutes from the vibrant Westlands district, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Villa Rosa Kempinski is the epitome of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just passing through Nairobi, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories, and are already dreaming of our return.

Stayed for 2 full weeks on a business trip. The hotel is very nice, clean, classy. Most importantly and appreciated were staff members. I appreciated the proactive help and care from the front desk staff and conference staff, all of them were one step ahead of me in proposing ways to support us for the conference (Grace, so much care for clients during our events, and for us training team, she deserves a medal for all she did for 35 people. Always positive, smiling, and ensuring all of us always had what we needed), or my personal situation (leaving suitcase to go on a safari where I could not bring my suitcase on the small plane). Janet in the restaurant made delicious juices everyday for me, she always remembered what I wanted from one day to the next. And then Vicus whose role is to ensure we have perfectly cozy rooms. He made my stay feel like home, and his most generous gesture was the way he made my room look on my birthday, I will never forget it. I was away from family and his attentive care to giving me a homy and celebratory space was touching and humbling. Vicus is part of the less visible staff, they come in when we're out, they clean, organize, refresh. But he went out of his way to be kind, caring and giving. Thank you to everyone who made my but also my team and clients stay unforgettable.

Okay, so my friends and I had the ultimate spa day at Villa Rosa Kempinski in Nairobi, and it was everything. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a level of luxury that made us feel like royalty—seriously, we almost forgot we were in Nairobi for a second!

This is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are spacious and lovely. The bathroom is especially nice, with a full soaking that is very comfortable and enticing. The dining area on a first floor was comfortable and well decorated as well. The service throughout was exceptional, with every member of staff (front desk, bar, security, housekeeping) doing their best to ensure a great experience. The only glitch for me was that I was in a non-smoking area of the hotel but the person in the room next to me did not know that and was a very heavy smoker. The smoke permeated my room every day I was there. The staff did their best to help but said they were unable to reach the person to let them know they were in a non smoking room ( perhaps they should have mentioned this on checkin?) and the hotel was full so they couldn't change my room (nor presumably that of the smoker). They did offer to change my room the last day but it wasn't that bad at the time so I declined. It did get much worse late that night but it wasn't worth getting out of bed, packing up and switching rooms when I planned to check out the next day.

I think the only thing they could have probably done better is to make sure that when people check in, they let them know they are in a non smoking area of the hotel, and find a way to communicate with an offender when that is...
