The new GTC block of buildings boasts an impressive product with promising potential. While their offerings are commendable, the finishes fall short of matching the excellence of their core product. I recently explored some furnished apartments within GTC, and despite the allure of the space, the furniture seemed disappointingly basic.

I will delete this comment only when the issue is resolved. I am a resident at the GTC Apartment Tower C. Everything is good except the noise disturbance every night from Thursday to Sunday from the nightclub in the next building. It is very disturbing to have the loud bass music almost every night from 10 pm to 5 am. There must be a solution for this. This is the only reason why I would not recommend GTC.
