Sirwo Coffee Café and Bistro — Restaurant in Nairobi

Best beef steak i have eaten in Nairobi tender, Well grilled and full of bold, satisfying flavor. Top notch service. What stood out most was the genuine warmth of the staff. It didn’t feel like service it felt like care. You could tell they wanted you to have a great experience. Special mention to the Manager Edwin Mawira, he set the tone for the entire experience. He was visible, engaged, and genuinely cared about both clients and the staff. You could tell his lleadership was behind the smooth service and welcoming atmosphere.

Went to Sirwo for an afternoon coffee and tea catch up with my Mum and my goodness what a disappointment it was. I ordered for the Pain au chocolat and Mum a butter croissant but they were just not it!!! Horrible taste. For a relatively new restaurant the place looked neglected not at all like their photos on IG portray, dirty floor around the coffee making area, dirty walls leading to the washroom and the table had a broken leg. The service though...

Popped in for a quick breakfast. Service was good and my meal was served quite fast.

I had the Eggs Benedict and a cappuccino. I tasted margarine in the hollandaise sauce hence the 2 stars on food. That wasn’t pleasant so I wouldn’t recommend the dish. The cappuccino was alright.

The ambience is pretty good and price point, decent, so I would go back and try something else...
