25 11 2020 No booths but comfier seats than Koinange branch yaaay. Comfort is important since i could blow cash for abt 3hrs freely. If it's uncomfortable, I'll be pushed to rush out.

Had the chicken tikka skewers w fries & chin chin cocktail. The chin chin 😋. Best taken CHILLED NO ICE so that the ice doesn't melt messg it. UNLESS water mixes well with it

The tikka could use some marination if there was any or for much longer. Found it tasteless.

Service is good when u can reach them. When they disappear, shauri yako. Utajipanga.

Generally Artcaffe needs to work on its flavour. They might specialize on Italian. Have had their lasagna 😋 but had a 🏃 stomach later so.... Not sure maybe I try ur pasta or pizza to test my theory.

But for those prices & ur hype, ur food needs to top javas & so far it doesn't. It's even beneath cafe deli which just came the other day.

I was the last one, among my gals to arrive for our date, they had already ordered for wine and had their lunch. Apparently, on Friday, there is usually a happy hour on cocktails and so long Island was our main choice and little tip to this.... Fewer ice cubes the stronger the cocktail😸. We had a gracious model-height server of Name Marvin... She was very patient with us, being our first time to this establishment, she helped us make some good choices on the menu. The service was very prompt, friendly and professional. Jazz music was playing at the background so you can have a conversation the only issue we had it was getting a little too hot as guests streamed in and when we asked to have our table moved to the upstairs section it took so long we had our request in the afternoon, we got to change position at 6pm... Smh. All in all the food was well cooked and delicious we ended up leaving at almost 10pm...ooohhh!! Happy...

Limited menu, portioning of fish quite small, roasted chicken was great I couldn't understand the logic of how my guest asked for a spiced coffee and he couldn't get , we were willing to pay for extras regardless, the waiter came and asked if we could clear the bill because his shift is done, better approach would've been to hand us over to the next waiter/waitress on shift on the same station that way people will feel welcomed and even spend more, after we paid not even once we're we checked on.. no one suggested even a bottle of water which is the easiest thing to sell we could feel we're just getting stares of if they're not spending siwaende because I could tell where we were seated is liked by many people we wanted to spend more but your service is so wanting, limited choices on...
