Family bought boneless dipping feast on 3/04/19 One of the pieces of chicken didn't taste right - perhaps cheap quality chicken. Also, beans were dried out and had to be scraped out of their cartons, probably the same way they were scraped from the bottom of the KFC pan. When the Strawberry Sundaes were ordered at the counter, the assistant accidentally dipped his finger in the ice cream and was advised by a colleague that "it's alright". Thankfully, there was a senior worker who stated that it is " Not alright". So a fresh sundae was reluctantly made. As it turned out, there was a leak at the bottom of the plastic dome thing it was in. As it thawed, the more it leaked. Finally, none of us could get into the toilets as there was a numbered keypad to open the door? A wait in the queue was required, just to speak to someone to get the door open. Overall, not a good experience, was going to give 2 stars, but the toilet fiasco reduced it to one.

Abandoned KFC in Edinburgh This place used to be very busy on all days but even on Friday at 7:30pm I could see few Asians in to dine. This place used to have one or two staffs to clean and tidy tables on whole time but none now. There was a priority list for who gets the food first! There is a drive thru that was not busy either, in 45 mins they had 3 cars. Next was order on the screen, 3 tables with people waiting to get their food. Next was order at tills that was me, asked the guy about how long to get the food he gave a reasonable answer that within 10 mins due to volume of orders. So the real volume was through just eat, Uber and Deliveroo. Poor drivers had to wait until the food gets cooked when they were there. This is the new real of post pandemic or new convenience that having anything to their doorstep. Or it might me some other reason for not attracting people to dine in.

My first visit of kfc in the uk and Ioved it. The location is good and clean and the staff is very friendly too. You have free WiFi and even when the staff was busy today they keeped calm and managed everything well. I bought zinger burger meal for around 5.60£ which is a fair price. You can order over the panel and the food will come to your table. The taste was really delicious and all the ingredients were fresh. There is nothing to complain and I was happy with everything. So I will definitely come again and can recommend this kfc store to everyone See you soon

It's unfortunate that the only halal KFC in Edinburgh is dirty whether it's full of customers or empty.. no one seems to be interested in cleaning or clearing the tables .. bins most of the times are overflowing with rubbish.. food bits and leftovers are on the floor.. I asked someone to get cleaning wipes to clean my table.. then he came up and only cleaned our table and left the one next to us .. it's not a place to eat in at all..
