KFC Edinburgh - Meadowbank Retail Park — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

I have been coming here for nearly 10 years and I have to say the odd time the service could not get lower.their was about 8 teens kidon fighting 1 of the girls was ready to throw a chair and Gary the manager says it's nothing to do with us YES ACTUALLY INSIDE KFC. On another occasion I get another KFC worker actually throwing stuff on my tray please tell me which fast food restaurant does this Gary the manager responded it's busy I told him straight he should go to some kind of school for customer service and also trying to have some kind of confrontation with me. Good Customer service good food and good hygiene makes a good restaurant Gary I can educate you for the rest of your life when it comes to this business. I do the same business as well and I have one of the highest rates in the city I have done this job for 34 years I know what customer service is . Educate yourself online at least your customer service their was shocking to say the least and dying to refund me don't forget if theirs not KFC their is plenty other places to go to you are treating me like I'm going to starv if you refund me you are the one that's jogged on.

Today 13/6/18 just after 1pm I ordered a childs meal and 2 chicken burger and chips. I was asked if I wanted beans or corn. I opted for the later. I spent ages explaining I did not want any drinks. Having bought cans at my local supermarket. The order was dead slow suprised by the staff blethering . Only one other customer in shop. We both discussed the delay. I received my order and returned to car. My wife looked in bag and said no chips. I returned and was told I had not ordered chips. BOLLOCKS. I ordered chips and watched more blethering. Charged Approx £2.. I then drove to Portobello and sat on the prom to eat meal The burgers were fine the chips were fine. NO trace of corn on the cob and to make matters worse, the childs meal consisted of one chicken piece a bottle of water and an ice cream which by this time had melted. The total charge was approx £14 including the chips. Absolutely disgusted. I normally go to KFC Straiton excellent service and good vlue. Cannot say the same for KFC Meadowbank.
