This is my first below 4 star review ever, but the staff in this place really went out of their way to deserve this 1 star review. First they served me the wrong order, then switched my side, and then 5 min later while taking my first bite, the waiter yells at me from distance "don't eat it". I decided to just get done with my lunch and after I was done I wanted to know how they handle such a situation, their response was to blame me, for eating the wrong order. A restaurant that pretends to be high end, cannot even take responsibility for such a rookie mistake. They may hide all they want behind the fake reviews to bring their review average up, but I can see the comments the reality is their service stinks all around. I know where not...

Upon arrival, we waited nearly 20 minutes before being approached by staff to take our order. Despite their friendliness, the cleanliness of our table was overlooked, and no effort was made to clean it. The waiters seemed unfamiliar with the menu, requiring us to point out and describe our selections. We received drinks that we didn't order and which did not resemble the menu pictures. Our food orders were significantly delayed. It appeared that the staff prioritized customers ordering coffee. The floor and toilet's are not really clean and fresh air doesn't circulate well in the cafe, which is why you get tired quickly and the need to leave. I came to work with my laptop but it's not possible for longer than 30 min.

Food & Drinks are comparably expensive for the quality.

The service is below average, a bit disappointing but understandable when you know what waiters get paid for 10h shifts, 6 days/week.

I'm happy nobody was allowed to smoke inside, this seems to be rare in prishtina. This was in December where you couldn't sit outside. Maybe during summer it's nicer outside. Will give it a second change...
