McDonald's — Restaurant in Dasman

THIS BRANCH IS A MISTAKEN VISIT❗️❗️❗️❌️❌️❌️

Since day one of being a reviewers in google map, I was and will be always honestly speaking with you.. And the reason behind my words is the way how to deal with customer or at least loyalty customer! Employees attitude in McCafe was too bad today ( 4th Dec. 2023 @ 13:45 PM ). I was having a coupon called by ( your coffee is On Us ), and I gave it to the employee working in the McCafè. He just throw the word that my coupon is expired. Then I told him no it is not, read it correctly they clearly mention that it will be expired on 31 Dec 23. Then he said ok what do you want to drink? I told him any sweet drink like spanish latte, salted caramel latte, etc. Then he refused my request and he said only hot mocha can be chosen as a free sweet drink⛔️ Then the lady manager came and she said she want take a photo for the coupon because first time she saw it just to confirm the terms and condition. I have been waited and she didn't even update me, she waiting me to ask her instead of satisfying me or updating me at least in a polite way.. this my worst experience in McDonald's really 👎👎👎

This is too bad. The employee easily want to not give me the coffee because it is free and seems to be he is paying for that not a company whom want us to be their gust!

Then I feel upset and not ordering the coffee from him and went to order fish filet meal and the joke here just see the photo ( attached ) ..the cheese was only quarter cheese not full!!! I dont know what they're doing to just save money and loose their customers..this is the only conclusion..the only good things here is the modern design of the branch, however it will never be meant anything without knowing the way how to deal with customers and how to provide for them a good quality of meal👎👎❌️❌️ #BOYCOTT THIS...

This outlet of Mcdonald has a neat and clean ambience. The main dining hall is well managed and spacious. 1st floor has space for birthdays parties and gathering. Staff is also well mannered, maintaining eye contact with customer's and guiding them about their offering. Food was just OK. Food was served within 10 minutes after completing the order, but the served items were not hot. The abundance of parking spaces is available. Outside you can enjoy the view of beautiful sea, kuwait towers and a clean path to walk for leisure. The kids' play area is also good. Never visited the restroom but hope that they...
