B Hotel Bishkek — Hotel in Bishkek City

When I reserved the room I booked a transfer with the hotel from the Manas airport, and sure enough the driver was ready and waiting for me when I landed. ||Check-in was efficient, and the room was very large and clean, and comfortably furnished. The room safe, which was too small to fit a laptop, did not work when I arrived but the front desk staff fixed it within 10 minutes. Whenever I had any other requests, the staff were very efficient.||The air conditioning in the room was very effective, and he bed was comfortable. The WiFi signal never dropped out. There was a kettle and a fridge. There was a large balcony, with table and chairs, where one could sit and enjoy the balmy Bishkek evening air. ||The hotel is situated in a quiet part of the city but only a few minutes walk from the central area (Oak Pk, Alatoo Sq etc.). It is 30 mins walk from the Vostochny Bus Station for Marshrutkas to Tokmok (80som), and hence the Burana Tower, and other points east. ||The hotel restaurant is surprisingly good. Breakfast was very tasty. Food is available all day via room service or a more extended menu is available to eat in the restaurant itself when it is open. About 5-10 mins walk along Zhibek Zholu Prospect there is a good supermarket for snacky stuff.||I booked a driver with the hotel to take me to the airport at the end of my stay, and he was courteous and on-time.||Overall, its quite hard to find fault with this place – although if I was being picky, the water in the shower could have been hotter. First of all, I would like to thank Ms April for recommending me this KRYGYZTAN TOUR PACKAGE, and to Sir Rico for convincing me to purchase this tour. At first, I kind the felt scared and hesitant since I’ll be taking this alone. But wait once you’re there all the worries has completely gone. From the person who pick me up/drop off at the airport, hotel staff, tour guide until the last day of my trip they are all excellent I’m giving them all 100/10. So, if you’re that person who loves to travel, who wants risky adventure and a first timer this is a MUST TRY EXPERIENCE and definitely it all be worth it.

I’m taking this chance to thank the Hotel Staff at B Hotel Bishkek, who assisted me and help me throughout my stay, the Hotel was so cleaned and it can give you a peace of mind. 2nd thing is to the Tour Guide named Mr Ulukbek who pushed me to try Parachute which is not part of the plan but I tried and it’s feels amazing once you’re at the top. Aside from that he brings me to the other places too. (I’m not having a hard time during the tour since he can communicate well to the guest and making sure that you are okay). And lastly, to those who pick me up and dropping me off to the hotel/airport thank you for keeping me safe.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at B Hotel. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Rabiya.

Rabiya was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure that every issue or concern was resolved promptly and efficiently. Her willingness to step out of her comfort zone and take initiative made a significant difference in making my stay stress-free. She consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to assist guests.

It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and proactive, and her efforts truly elevated the overall experience. The rest of the staff were also friendly and accommodating, but Rabiya’s outstanding service deserves special recognition.
