粉店PhoZap — Restaurant in Vientiane Capital

Despite the fact that there are no rice-based dishes at this restaurant, everything is based on Vietnamese inspired noodles and lots of fresh herbs and vegetables served alongside the dishes. Most of the dishes are offered and either small, medium, or large portions, but small bowls of food will generally fill you up. From the dishes that I have tried, especially the “bee boon “ pork based middle dish, everything is delicious and a relative value for the money. Be warned, this is a major tourist attraction type of restaurant and you will encounter thousands of Chinese people sitting at your table. The fact that large tour buses bring in hordes of Chinese tourists is the main reason I don’t come to this place more often. Otherwise, the various fruit shakes and drinks are a good value and the food...

Please take, they do have beef,pork, and chicken..if you cannot eat beef remember to tell them, as I was not aware and only know it when you taste the soup it smells different with what is normal. Quickly order a new one. The food does not seem to be to my taste but people are helpful and kind. They allow me to pay in baht since I have not enough to order an extra one. The fried spring roll is a bit oily and I probably suggest that other restaurants I have tried at Don Khone are better. Not to mention the price...

Big shaded outdoor space, no a/c just fans. No English speaking people, just menu with picture. Food is alright. Service is fast They gave me 250ml bottle of water. Before I used it luckily I came to pay they added to the bill the water I didn't ask for. Should have been a courtesy.
