This was the first restaurant I visited in Vientiane, Laos. I found the women running the restaurant kind and a little shy! It added to the charm of the place.
As a fully vegan restaurant, they offer “fake meat” options. The raw papaya salad was delicious. The food was good overall that I visited them a few more times. They also have buffets from Monday to Friday. At 40,000 Lao Kip, the buffet was worth it. They had a number of options ranging from salads to spring rolls and various curries. The only thing I’d add to the buffet is desserts!

Very clean & nice open feel. Free water & green tea. I recommend the 'all you can eat buffet' at lunchtime for 70,000Kip pp. Great for trying out different foods, that perhaps you might not normally choose! The menu also has excellent choice, although I am particularly partial to the Bun Thit Nuong Chay...delicious! Read moreI ordered a coconut water, and somehow got a mango shake. It was a very good mango shake, so I went with it. I ordered a soup with No oil. The soup took a while to come out, and when it did, it had a large amount of oil. I was so hungry I ate a little bit. Because of my gallbladder condition, the oil caused me to throw up both that little bit of soup, and the mango shake.
So I clarified with the wait staff, "no oil" and showed them the oil floating on the top, and they fixed it and brought me a new soup, this time with no oil, and it was delicious.
But I wish they listened to me...
