Picērija — Restaurant in Daugavpils

I don't know why this place has so many 5-star reviews. We ordered 3 pizzas: Prosciutto Crudo, House and Diavolo. We were said to wait 40 minutes until all three are ready, so we went for a walk. When pizzas were ready, we hopped into our car and after a 10 minute drive we expected to be enjoying three delicious pizzas. Unfortunately, what we saw on the pictures was probably the owners wet pizza dream. All three pizzas were undercooked and edges were severely burnt. The edges were difficult to chew and rubbery, and the dough was still wet in the middle. All this would be more or less tolerable if the photos would actually match the pizzas. Unfortunately, what you see on the pictures is probably how these pics should look if the cook did their job properly and owner didn't cheap in the ingredients. Oh, they also claim they are the only ones serving true Napoli pizza in the region, and even use a Napoli flour to make the dough, but I'd like to know how do you cook Napoli pizza with absolutely no mozzarella,...

After seeing the description in the website, in which is written that it’s a napolitan pizza, I was really interested in trying it. I’m Italian, so I know what is a pizza. Well, I ordered it at home with delivery. It arrived cold, the base of the pizzas was half row, white and it seemed to eat a chewing-gum. In one pizza I found peperoni, and it was not written that they had to be there. In the other pizza I ordered it with “prosciutto crudo”, that means you have to put it AFTER cooking the pizza or it will be not “crudo” (row), but cooked. So, knowing the standard of Latvia for pizza it was not so bad, but if they describe their pizza like a real Italian pizza, you have to know that this is nothing compare to what you can...

We came yesterday. Just wanted to order 3 pizzas.. Girl was like someone muted her voice when we started to speak English. She wasnt very polite or at least polite.. I asked menu please, she just waved into the wall. I asked for some coke or sprite but she was just STANDING and she said nothing. Then when I asked can I pay with card? She said something in russian I cant understood so we were like staring at each other untill I left cash and walked out. Pizza was quite good,can't complain, but the girl was kinda she don't want to work here. I'm not recommending this place at all. Bad choice was...
