Vecais Taizel’s — Restaurant in Liepaja

A dog friendly place with an adequate service and good food is a place to be! We went here on a quiet Sunday afternoon, so there wasn’t a very long wait until our order came. The waiter gave our puppy some water which was simple, but nice touch! The vegetarian burger’s patty was delicious, I personally was happy to enjoy something less oily like their mussels which tasted refreshing! The beer is also a must try, we enjoyed the “more traditional” taste, but you can still easily distinguish it from what you can buy...

Visited this restaraunt as a couple. Ordered beef burger and pork chop. The burger cost was 14 euros, if you want side dishes you have to pay extra up to 5-6 euros. The pork chop cost was 12 euro and 6 euro for fries and the sauce. Both dishes weren’t seasoned enough the beers decent. Total cost for the dinner with two beers and lemonade was 55 euro. I don’t recommend to visit this place, for this price you can find more suitable restaurants. Food 2 Drinks...

The restaurant has nice food. Don’t really recommend the mussels as it was just ok but fair price. The Kracow sausage dish was very yummy. If you like trying beers then I recommend getting the Beer Meter! Very fun concept and only 10 euros. Also the Latvian Cider was good too! Unfortunately the seat I sat on was very wobbly and uncomfortable to sit on. The seat was a window the seat and the seat was held up on the window ledge and wasn’t screwed in well....
