Manara Palace — Restaurant in Dar Mreisse

Our experience was so bad, we were a group about 12 persons, first they told us that every person can take a full menu for 30$ or a la carte menu... Or nothing ofcourse, they didnt mention any minimum charge or entrance fees per person, at the end they obliged all people to pay 30$, even i only took one cup of water since i was invited after i took my lunch at home. I had a very bad customer experience when they approached my daughter and asked to take her juice she had brought with her to the cafe. I tried to explain to them that she is young and that we will order much more than drinks but they declined. Even when I told them that I will leave if they insist, they were careless. I had no other choice but to leave with my family of 5 persons. It is obvious that they lack the basics of customer service and don’t know how to deal with their customers. I visited this beautiful cafe on the beach and i should say it is a wonderful place to sit but the problem is the management!!!!!
