Hawa chicken has a great and fast delivery service.For new year's ,we ordered 3 packs of your perfectly cooked chicken with potatoes toum and pickles.They were delicious.However,I rated it 4 stars because there was something we did not eat from the pack.The pickles.First of all,NONE of us at the table ate at least ONE of those pickles (we were like,17 at the table .)Second ,I don't think pickles and chicken are a great combination,but toum is great with it of course.I mean we do like pickles,but we can eat them with other food, not chicken.However hawa chicken serves delicious perfectly cooked food for chicken lovers ,tho don't recommend it for ppl on a diet.Great quick bite.So this is my...

Service 1, food quality 4, cleanliness 4 I visited the branch 2 days ago, ask for whole raw chicken to be cut in to pices, the employee said we have ready cut and packed: wings, legs, breasts,, you can choose from the display only, we can't cut whole chicken for you. Note that during covid lockdown, I used to come and be served from the car, asking for cutted whole chicken and been served always Need to teach the staff how to deal with costumers, if they are not in the mood to work, bring new young staff. Well, they improved big time! The last I tried their food was in 2011, the chicken had an after taste and was horrible, then! Seems the food is improving in Lebanon BABES! Was I behind making that difference?! A penny customer, who knows not how to cook, but definitely does know quality food when she tastes it!
