After parking my car in the mall’s lot and heading to the movies, I was informed by phone that a Range Rover had hit my vehicle and fled the scene. When I approached customer service, they investigated but claimed they couldn’t identify the car because the incident occurred in an area not covered by security cameras.

This response was unacceptable. We had a description of the vehicle and a partial plate number, yet they didn’t attempt to check footage from the exit cameras or explore other options. No apology was offered, and there was no genuine effort to assist me in resolving the situation.

Such negligence is troubling for public safety. If someone can damage property and leave without accountability, what’s to stop them from committing more serious offenses in the future?
