Uniun - Bliss — Restaurant in Ras Beirut

After seeing all the good reviews, I decided to give this place a try. The delivery was not as expected: estimated time was 15 minutes, it took 1h. The tabbouleh was put in the hot food compartment so arrived inedible. We ordered the rosto plate, the chicken wrap and batata harra, none looked freshly prepared. I want to start by saying a BIG thank you to Reem for welcoming my friend and I in the most genuine way despite the fact that we were dirty from work in Karantina. My friend ordered the fatouche which she enjoyed and loved so much! It was extremely refreshing which is perfect cause the heat is super bad. I had the pesto fries which i absolutely adored! The pesto is beautifully prepared and they were generous with the amount!! I definitely recommend...

I was craving to shawrma , up to the point I checked google , and spent time to find the place. The resturant is calm and clean , but the shwrma is not shawrma at all ( soaked chicken in too much peppers and cooked in the pan ) , I ate it cause I was starving , but they did not inform me that is something simmlar to shaworma ( I want the tasty classic one on huge skewer ). Better to find other shawrma shop if you are looking for traditional tasty...
