Wish i could be more specific in the stars rating for the call center service . Let me start first by saying sorry for the staff in every branch i know you guys are trying your best to make the customers satisfied with the taste and service

yesterday i was managing an event at hilton beirut and i had to bring food for the crew and people that were helping us all day i called at 1:09 pm ordered 20 tawouk sandwiches and was so clear about the address and that i had an event and we really need it to reach us at 2 which is a 51 minutes and they confirmed and they said they're gonna do their best .
At 2:04 pm the lunch break for the event started i went out saw 9 missed calls from a random number after my call at 1: 15 pm i tried to search true caller and found out that it was malak el tawouk number i called and discovered that they stopped the order because they called back and I didn't answer and the argument was only that they called back and I didn't answer and they cannot confirm such a big order 🤣🤣 and send it " ma fina n2akid 3a talabiye hal2ad kbire l branch badda confirmation " SERIOUSLY GUYS WHY DO YOU HAVE. A DELIVERY Service and a call center to make record of the voice no!!!!! ??
Let's say am not a serious person and was making a joke can't you go back to the call and find my number and follow up later on the problem or you prefer to stop the order YOU KNOW THAT THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR DECISION WAS LETTING 20 crew members wait for 1 extra hour for another order to come ? Not only this we were late with the schedule because your DELIVERY policy is the stupidest Policy that i've ever known
JUST STOP THE DELIVERY SERVICE IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE SUCH THINGS !!! There is no other restaurant that does the same thing

I placed an order on 31st May 2025 and it never showed up. I called the restaurant and spoke with two different support agents, and finally got transferred to a customer service lead named Gerrar, who promised to call me back to sort out the issue and arrange compensation or redelivery.
Guess what? No call. No food. Nothing.
This is completely unacceptable. Gerrar never followed up, and the whole experience has been a huge disappointment. I gave them multiple chances to make it right, and they failed every time.
Big shame on this brand. Thumbs down. Never...
