Charlie Pizza — Restaurant in Kaunas

It used to be half good now it’s just disgusting,waited in a dirty table as all tables were dirty for 40mins before we asked for menu then it took the waitress another 40 mins to come take orders. The place is busy and all the waitresses are running around looking busy but for the life of me i dont know what are they doing cos our table didnt get food for 2 hrs and DRINKS were after 1.5hrs from sitting, the table beside us left after 40mins when they didnt even get menu by then, the table behind us left after drinks as they didn’t get food after 2 hrs. The place is a mess the staff are like headless chicken rude ignorant and unhelpful she forgot half of the food but after 2.5 hr waiting no way we were going to wait any longer. If the IDIOT FOOL OWNER HAD ANY SENSE of business and customer care with all places closed in akro get more staff and clean up with business cos no other place to go to, in the 2.5hr we took the table and only paid 40€ we could have ate left after 1hr paid more if service was better and then 2 other gruops of people could have came ate paid and left but unfortunately idiots running the place and idiots have luck but no business mind I SAY CLOSE THAT...

A waiter Deimandas didn't pay attention when I called him 3 times, just passed by not even looking. When he finally did I asked his advice for a soup with NO meat, he offered me the only option they have, I agreed. After 20 min of waiting I got my soup with pieces of sausage on the top. I drowed his attention to this fact and got an answer that this is not meat. I asked to change my soup, make the same plate just not to put sausage on the top. They gathered three people to decide if it's my fault that I didn't read the menu and was listening to waiters' advice. Waiter took the soup away and in five minutes returned it to me with red traces of the sausage he just took out of the plate and a few pieces of meat still floating in the soup. :/ In the second plate they brought french fries instead of smashed potatoes. When another waiter asked how was the dinner I told him all this story he answered that they always have problems with Deimandas, he's just stupid. :/ So if you decide to take a risk and visit this place be prepared you might not get what you've ordered and if you notice a fly in your dish nobody would change it, they will just take it out and bring you...

We have been in Charlies pizza in Vilna and the service was very good, but some food came cold. We wanted to visit this time for a pizza at Kaunas Akropolis Charlies pizza. First we had to wait half an hour to get any service and people who came after us were served before us. When we finally got served the waitress was very unpolite, had problem for us ordering family size pizza for some reason it was too big for us to order, but we managed to order it, even thou she didnt want to sell it to us..lol.. we were there as an couple and both got two large pizzas, so the next problem for her was to find out how many plates we want with pizzas because it was still suppose to be too large for us to order, so we should have had also get plates for our imaginary friends too, I guess. Super bad service at this charlies pizza, do not spend a dollar at this place if you dont want to ruin your day and wait hour to get any food or drink and to talk with attitude problem waitesses.
