I'm still upset. I woke up this morning with low expectations, but this wasn't enough. I decided to indulge in a succulent Chinese meal this evening, but the service I received was worse than the treatment I received in prison last night. Food is great - big portions, tasty, succulent, just as I had dreamt of from my cell. It was only when I arrived at the restaurant at 8:30pm that I realised I had made a big mistake. I told the waitress that I wanted a beer and a main. The beer came, but no food. At this point I'm absolutely buzzing and ready to dive into some oriental cuisine head-first. The anticipation makes me tingle. The waitress returns and advises that the kitchen is closed despite the restaurant being open for another 1.5 hours. No food for me. Defeated, demoralised and hungry, I finish my beer whilst seeing numerous people enter the premises and order some takeaway. I ask the same waitress whether I can order takeaway. She says yes? The food comes in 15 minutes (at this point it is 9pm, still one hour to close). I am perplexed. I ask myself why the food could not be delivered to my table whilst I spoon fried rice and tears into my mouth. The thought consumes me. How will I ever be at peace with this local Chinese restaurant? This was a life changing experience for me. I suggest you camp overnight or arrive at least 6 hours before the closing time to ensure your food arrives at your table.

Coming here to eat brekfast was the biggest mistake I made in the whole trip. Staff looks like they just came back from the funeral and acts as if they are doing you a favor for serving you. Food was undercooked and contained ingredients not mentioned in the menu. Also they seems have forgot sour part of sour sweet. The restraunt smells terrible ventilation is virtualy non existent. Very impolite! We arrived at 9,30 pm and ordered. We were served at 9,45 pm and immediately we were told to pay immediately because they were closing the payment. 5 minutes later we were told that they were closing at 10 pm and if we wished to have our food to take away. At 10.05 we were told to go away (we were still eating). We asked to take away the food and we were told to pay for the box (wasn’t the payment closed?). Anyway, went away without finishing eating!
