City Port — Restaurant in Klaipėda

We ordered meet and cheese platter for 2 people, and as per menu there need to be cured meat, buffalo mozzarella, olives, anchovy, garlic aioli, olive oil, herbs butter and bread. When they served, we found meet (prosciutto and sausage like chorizo), olives, bread with pesto on it/ 2 pcs, liver pate and pickled sweet peppers (not included in menu). Nothing else, but before order I asked, if they have only mozzarella in this platter, and waitress told - yes. Actually, we haven’t any cheese, couldn’t catch her and decided to eat and tell about this later. Together with this platter we ordere dessert trio (tiramisu/ panna cotta/ cream brûlée), it was good, but served in the same time, strange🤷🏻‍♀️ When want to pay, waiting too long at the table, so tried to find waitress and during payment told about the problem, but didn’t expect such answer - that we need to make a photo if with some dish we had a problem, no we ate it and we don’t have any proof that cheese wasn’t on the plate!! As per my opinion, if we did the same after 5 min when saw it, she can said the same, like you ate it… terrible service, because they didn’t believe to customers!! Extremely disappointing experience. The latte was unbearably sweet despite ordering a regular one, and the waiter who later brought our drinks had visibly dirty, untrimmed nails – completely unacceptable for someone handling food. It's Sunday and we are catching a train out of Klaipeda at 11am. We searched for a breakfast place along our route to the station. We were treated with delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, good music, and since we are near the station, not a far final walk. There were many positives about City Port and when we are in Klaipeda again, it will be on our list of restaurants to visit....
