My mother and I dined here and we both loved it.
The service was amazing. First of all, our waitress had the brightest smile whenever she approached us. It's an odd thing to compliment, but I eat out a lot and it's not something I see very often. Also, neither of us knew what to eat and my mom couldn't decide when given suggestions (it was a hot day too, which made it more difficult to choose). Our waitress was very patient offering different options and smiling throughout.
The food did not disappoint either. The only thing that could be better was the tea. 10/10 from my mom and 9/10 from me. To be clear, there was nothing wrong with food. I gave 9/10 because I was comparing other foods I liked.
I ordered a Long Island Tea cocktail (with a twist). This is one of those cocktails I often get when I just want bigger drink and one that often gets messed up (watered down, or stuffed with alcohol with very little coke). I was surprised that even with their changes to the cocktail it was perfect.
As per our waitress' suggestion I tried their suggested raviolis with truffle sauce. I didn't know what to expect, but I loved it.
My mom tried their duck in orange sauce. She also loved it.
For desert we ordered Profiterole and Panna Cota. I don't consider Panna Cota's an amazing dessert in general, but as far as they go this one was great.
I tried one Profiterole. They had fairly standard flavors individually, but the mix was great. I could taste all 3 ingredients at once with each bite and they blend really well.

Read moreWe had a very disappointing meal at Florentino - actually two meals. My husband ordered the tagliatelle- two colors. The description stated pasta, onions, bacon and asparagus. When asked about the missing asparagus we were told that we imagined that we actually have pieces of asparagus in the dish. Instead , apparently the chef chose to use a purée of asparagus to make the pasta green. Clearly the menu did not provide this information. My chicken salad was inedible as it was soaked in balsamic vinegar with hot dry chicken placed on top. This caused the entire salad to be soggy. The waiter explained that this was the salad of Vilnius and we could not expect it to be the same as Spain.
Luckily we did bring these concerns to our waiter and we paid for our drinks only and left the uneaten meal behind. We have had amazing food since our arrival to Vilnius so happy to leave with mostly...
Read moreI rarely write negative reviews this is probably second in my life.. First of all after being asked for vegetarian options, our waiter Migle (middle aged woman) didnt really offer anything and when we asked if they could take out shrimps out of our plate (paying same price) she said it was not possible and only when asked repeatedly she agreed. I ordered a medium steak and it was rare, medium rare at most. After asking our waiter about this she kinda got angry that I even asked and was assured that steak is cooked medium and told me that “thats how beef is, people eat it raw” and chef knows his job. I agreed for chef to cook it a bit more (didnt offer to replace the dish but its ok) and then after their second attempt it was still same color.. I might be wrong but after my chef friend checked the pictures he agreed that you might even call steak raw. Overall very arrogant waiter and...
