Gold Hong Kong — Restaurant in Vilnius

Please avoid this restaurant. We chose it because of the good reviews but it was far from good. Firstly, I ordered an Aperol spritz with very little ice. When it arrives it was full of ice. So I took the ice out and when I tasted it it was horrible. Very weak and tasted of horrible cheap white wine. It had been no where near prosecco. I ordered the vegetable bean sprout and mixed vegetables dish. A plate of what looked like dog vomit and smelt like dirty mop bucket water was put in front of me. My partner and I honestly did not know what dish it was. When I asked it was confirmed as mine. I queried why it was not as described on the menu and it was taken back in and brought back out with some grated carrot and sliced celery. The bean sprouts were tinned bean sprouts. It was most disgusting. My partner ordered a seafood dish. It came out as fish disguised as lumps of batter, overcooked and very tasteless with some stir-fry vegetables thrown on top. The egg fried rice was possible the best thing on the menu and that tasted of nothing but burnt wok. The waitress was pleasant but the service was terrible. We were the only 2 people in the restaurant but yet my beansprout fiasco arrived at the table, a few minutes later the fried rice arrived. Bad experience ever. The restaurant tried to give me the takeout food returned by some other customer without disclosing such fact. Meanwhile, another customer who witnessed how the food was taken out by someone else and returned to the restaurant reminded me what happened with the food, the lady wearing glasses (maybe restaurant manager? ) still denied it and tried to cover the truth. She reluctantly promised to make a new order for me if I can wait and then ignored me for a while. When I requested for the new order again, she eventually gave the order to the kitchen. Then the lady asked me to pay in advance when I told her I was going to to get my phone from my car parked outside the restaurant for like one minute. She demanded in a impolite way that she would cancel my order if i did not pay before i walk out to pick up sth. I was shocked by such unreasonable attitude and demand. In conclusion the whole experience was horrible, I would never go again to this place for any reason and I don't recommend...

Me and my girlfriend went here to have a done. We ordered a large plate for two. Big portions, but food was not very tasty, and it took like 1 minute to have it on our table wich tell us that it wasn't prepared on the moment, shrimp and chicken was nearly unexistent. We asked them not to put cabagge on my dish and when it got to the table, that was the main ingredient. The few shrimp we had was very undercooked.
