Pink&Yellow — Restaurant in Vilnius

AVOID IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES AS THIS RESTAURANT DOES NOT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY!!! We went for a brunch to this restaurant on August 13th hoping to have a nice breakfast. My husband is highly allergic to eggs so we asked our waiter before ordering a sandwich if it didn’t contain any eggs. We were assured that it didn’t so we ordered it. However, when my husband took a first bite he immediately could tell that it had eggs as his body started scratching and he felt unwell. We asked a different waiter if the sandwich had eggs and he said he will check it. When he returned he announced that our waiter will explain the situation. But our waiter was in no rush to do that. After waiting for awhile he finally showed up and told us that the sandwich didn’t have any eggs but there could be traces of it. So my husband didn’t end up eating it and I asked the waiter to pack it for me as the food was untouched. At home, however, when eating it I noticed that the whole sandwich was covered with egg!!!!! Waiter kept telling us it was cheese when I pointed it to him!!!! I mean thanks God my husbands allergy is not deadly!!! Completely horrible experience, don’t think we ever are...

Date of visit: July 2020 This is the first time we have visited this place. The terrace on the too of the business centre has great views of the city and is quite roomy. You just take a elevator to the top floor and here you are. I would encourage to reserve the table in advance especially if you would like to get the table under the roof. This js a good choice especially in a hot day when the sun is up without any clouds. There are no umbrellas underneath which you could hide from the sun. Food was great, the personnel was ok. Mixed the tables for food but it was ok. The portions are moderate not big, so ask waiter in case you want to know more about the choices. We loved cold coffee, the Benedict eggs, croissants and the apple pie. The salmon was great as well, not too salty. The only drawback is that if it is crowded you have to sit on the terrace under the direct sun for long time. Grab a hat for sure and it took about 30 min for...

Food is pretentious but not tasty at all. Burrata was very dry and tasteless. Main dishes were so not tasty, we have left a half of them (that’s maybe 1st time I remember).

Service is just terrible. We were sitting with empty glasses for 10 minutes, waitress came and ignored that. Also i have dropped a knife on a table helping a waitress to pick up the dishes leaving a big mark of food in the center of a table. She said “don’t worry, not a problem” and she was right — she didn’t manage to get it off for the rest of the evening. We were sitting with a burrata / yoghurt mark in the center of the table for the rest of the evening. Also, the wind blew my napkin off the table. They picked that up from the floor, but didn’t bother to bring a new one.

1st time in a year we didn’t finish the food. First time I didn’t leave tips.
