Formosa Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Vilnius

Well, to be polite, the service crew was below average. I did not felt any vibe. No smile, no positive attitude. The crew of 3 even left the shop for like 5-10min and incoming guest had to wait. On top: Asking for taking out half of the ice cubes, because we had 5-year old kids, was refused. The reason given: it’s not possible because of the system. Whatever this means. After the plastic cup was sealed with a fancy paper cover I just had to remove this instantly to take out some cubes. Challenging experience. The bubble tea itself (the product) is not just overpriced (young folks don’t care, I know) but with half of it just being ice cubes it is actually more than overpriced

So, minus two stars for the product and another two...

Well, I would say this is below the average for a typical European bubble tea. However, having tried Le Tea when I was in Kaunas, I was blown away by their standards and thought bubble tea in Lithuania is superior than the rest of Europe. I was wrong. Formosa is definitely worse than that the average Europe standard (which is not very high to begin with). The tea has no flavor and was extremely diluted. This despite the fact that there was no ice in the cup. I threw away the entire cup after a mouth. Calories...

Padaveja pakviete, matyt virsesni ir abu kaip sutare sake negalima nedet leduku. Tiek to, dramos nedarysim del tu leduku...pasiemem paruosta puodeli ir paprasem saukstelio, kad patys issiimtume kelis ledukus. Sauksteli padave ta pati padaveja, bet veido mimika tokia pikta ir nepatenkinta, kad net i ta puse nesinori ziuret. Trys baristos aptarnavo, bet visi labai nedraugiški ir pikti. Nezinau kas jiems ikando, bet tikiuosi tik ta diena jie tokie. Nes jei visada, tai labai gaila Lietuvos uz toki jaunima. Tiesa, kol gerem savo bubble tea, atejo klientai.
